About Stephanie

In 2002, Stephanie was a 316lbs. morbidly obese*, exhausted, unhealthy, out-of-shape Occupational Health and Safety Consultant, wife, mother, friend, volunteer and wearer of many other hats. She had a hard time moving, breathing and sleeping and was beginning to seriously wonder if she would ever see the age of 35years.

Now, this dynamic woman is 160lbs pounds lighter and healthier - a fit, captivating and inspiring woman who can lead your audience through the basics of:

  • Nutrition
    - How we can effectively fuel our bodies so that we can function in our lives.
  • Exercise
    - Why this is an all-important piece of the puzzle. Not a marathon runner? - Not to worry, you don’t need to be.
  • Tool Kit
    - Skills you need to deal with getting and staying healthy.
  • Weight Management
    - How we can make this a long-term success. Throw your "diets" out the window and learn about the "big picture".

Featured in such magazines as Chatelaine and Running Room, Stephanie currently resides just East of the Canadian Rocky Mountains where she enjoys running the paths of her small town, riding her bike with the family, sharing the story of health with new friends and laughing.
